The Spider After taking a look at all the exhibitions of the Art Gallery, I´ve realized that there are a lot of great and interesting pieces of art, but there is one that has caught my attention from the first sight. This is the giant spider. I found this piece of art totally mesmerizing and eye-catching, since it reminded me of something very familiar which is the spider sculpture in Bilbao. These two sculptures are so similar that they made me think they both could have been designed by the same person, and in fact, they were. This designer is called Louis Bourgeois, who is a French-American artist. Actually, there is another sculpture of a spider (same designer) outside of the Art Gallery building, but it is there only for a temporary time. I find it interesting about this Gallery, that it has been a museum for 150 years already.
